Geomagnetic Kp index has reached level 6 (moderate) during the synoptic period 2026-03-14T03:00Z to 2026-03-14T06:00Z. The storm is caused by coronal hole high speed stream starting on 2026-03-13. NASA spacecraft at GEO, MEO, polar and other orbits passing through or in the vicinity of the Earth's ring current and auroral regions can be impacted. GOES "greater than 2.0 MeV" integral electron flux remains elevated, recently crossing the threshold of 1000 pfu at 2026-03-12T12:25Z. The elevated energetic electron flux levels observed since 2026-03-08T14:55Z are caused by a coronal hole high speed stream starting on 2026-03-06 (see notifications 20260308-AL-001, 20260308-AL-002, 20260310-AL-001).
